Applicant/Student (hereinafter referred to as "Student") has had the program fully and completely explained to him/her and agrees to abide by the terms listed in the Enrollment Agreement (hereinafter called "Agreement") and by regulations and policies of KHIM ACADEMY (hereinafter called "Coding School"). This agreement and the catalog constitute the entire agreement between the Coding School and the Student. The Student understands that if the Agreement is accepted by the Coding School it shall be deemed a binding contract.

I understand that I am attending an eight (8) weeks boot camp,
I understand that the cost of the boot camp is $2,000.00 two thousand dollars which includes all materials and books.
I understand and agree with the refund policy below:
- Refund can ONLY be initiated 2 week prior to the start of class and/or after the first session.
- ONLY 50% will be refunded from the down payment to cover the cost of the books and initiation fee.
- No refund will be given after the second week of the class.
I agree to respect the authority of the Instructor(s) and treat them courteously.
I understand and agrees that although the reviewer(s)/instructor(s) will make every effort to facilitate an educational environment, the method of learning is independent study, and it is the Applicants' responsibility to perform research and seek communication with his/her instructor to facilitate learning. Furthermore, it is the applicant’s responsibility to complete course work in a timely and appropriate manner.
I understand and agrees that the School is not an accredited by any accrediting bodies The Applicant further understands that KHIM ACADEMY is a Limited Liability Company duly registered with the California Secretary of State for the purpose of specialized training education.
I understand all lecture and materials are the sole property of KHIM ACADEMY and all information contained therein is strictly confidential and will only be used as part of my learning curve. I will not make copy or reproduced any of the lectures, videos, and handouts. I understand that such disclosure would constitute a violation of copyright laws and my certification will be revoked.
I understand in order to maintain my coding class, I must do the best I can to pass all required quizzes, examination and assignments and maintain an average of 80% on all my quizzes, examination and assignments
I understand all exams, quizzes go through the same quality checks and grading process to ensure the accuracy of the final score. I understand the KHIM ACADEMY does not hand score individual examinations.
I hereby certify that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by KHIM ACADEMY’s Code of Ethics. If this code is violated as determined by the discretion of KHIM ACADEMY, at any time thereafter, may result in the loss of all privileges as a student of KHIM ACADEMY conferred upon me by KHIM ACADEMY
I Understand that KHIM ACADEMY reserves the right to withhold my Certificate of completion or dismiss any student for maintaining poor academic standing, excessive absences, failure to comply with the regulations of KHIM ACADEMY as stated in current literature or for nonpayment of tuition and fees when due.
The Student will be liable for all late charges, reasonable attorney's fees, and all other costs and charges necessary for the collection of all unpaid fees.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I have read and understand this enrollment agreement and I acknowledge receipt of an exact copy of same. This agreement contains all the terms. I acknowledge that no verbal statements have been made contrary to what is contained in this Enrollment Agreement. I also agree that KHIM ACADEMY may use my name and/or picture or video in any college literature or publications. I fully understand my rights and duties and agree to abide by them. I UNDERSTAND THAT TUITION CHARGES ARE FOR THE RIGHT TO ATTEND CLASSES IN WHICH I AM ENROLLED AND ARE IN NO WAY CONTINGENT UPON MY SATISFACTORY PROGRESS, PERSONAL SATISFACTION, OR PLACEMENT UPON GRADUATION. I FURTHER AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL RULES OF KHIM ACADEMY.
I understand and agree that KHIM ACADEMY does not guarantee any student that credits will transfer to another institution. The Student understands that transferability of credits is dependent on the evaluating institution. EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE - KHIM ACADEMY does not guarantee any student employment upon graduation; however, KHIM ACADEMY will assist the student in obtaining gainful employment.

DISCLAIMER - In the event of a dispute arising out of this Agreement, the Academy shall be entitled to reimbursement of all reasonable attorney's fees and costs expended by the college in the resolution of the dispute or collection of monies due; and in the event of litigation, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs. KHIM ACADEMY cannot be held liable if the student is unable to obtain certification or licensing due to information not disclosed. NOTICE TO BUYER (A) DO NOT SIGN THIS CONTRACT BEFORE YOU READ IT OR IF IT CONTAINS BLANK SPACES. (B) YOU ARE ENTITLED TO AN EXACT COPY OF THE CONTRACT YOU SIGN, KEEP IT TO PROTECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY PAY YOUR TOTAL INDEBTEDNESS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT A PREPAYMENT PENALTY.
